The Buck Inn is a welcoming country pub overlooking the green in the beautiful village of Thornton Watlass which is at the entrance of Wensleydale, gateway to the Yorkshire Dales National Park. It is the ideal base from which to explore this fantastic part of the country whether you are keen walkers, cyclists, sightseers or are simply looking to relax and unwind. The Buck Inn is located amongst a fantastic array of charming market towns and picturesque villages including Middleham, Masham and Harrogate. Our restaurant and bar is great for relaxing in after you have taken in the local sights. The well stocked bar has a tempting wine list, real ales and a choice of spirits including over 40 varieties of whisky! Our restaurant serves an extensive menu along with a changing specials menu to cater for all tastes.
